Risk Management –Tail Risk Triggers
The trigger conditions of the All-Weather Tail Risk Control Model are primarily composed of two sub-models:
（1）Crowding Model: Provides early warning signals for potential risk. It monitors multiple dimensions to detect whether specific risk factors are exhibiting extreme crowding.
（2）Liquidity Model: Activates risk control measures once crowding is identified. It leverages real-time order book data to assess the possibility of a liquidity crisis.
